We offer insurance claim adjusting for all lines including residential, heavy equipment, auto and inland marine and have a deep understanding of how to substantially improve returns on all types of salvage.

Connected Claim Services primarily focuses on assets insured through municipal insurance trusts and routinely processes insurance claims totaling $4 billion in combined damages annually. 

CCS has been the primary insurance adjusting firm to lead the way in restoring damages that resulted from the historic Category 5 Hurricane Michael that made landfall near Panama City, FL, which as of July 2019 has caused over $25 billion in damages.

Barry   Barbee

Barry is the President and CEO of CCS. After serving in the United States Army during Operation Desert Storm, he started his career bringing windows based estimating to the forefront at Mitchell and then creating and launching the APD Division at Eberl Claims Service. Over the last 25 years, he has managed client relations, teams of 100 plus independent adjusters and held leadership positions during every major hurricane event since Hurricane Katrina. Barry currently sits on the Board of Directors of the National Auto Body Council and serves as the organization’s Director at Large. Barry enjoys golf, deep-sea fishing and giving back to communities as much as possible. Barry has 3 children Andrea, Sam and Andrew.


Katie   Pharr

Katie is the Chief Operations Officer at CCS, where she represents the company among industry partners and is responsible for forging strategic partnerships. In addition, she assists in overseeing the daily operations and tracking KPI performance. She has over 13 years of experience in the insurance service space with a strong background in data analytics and relationship building. Katie consults regularly with the National Auto Body Council and serves on their Membership Committee. In her downtime, she enjoys yoga, exploring new food scenes, and trivia nights with friends.


John  hollingsworth

John is the Director of Client Relations at CCS. He has worked for over 15 years in the leadership and personal development field. For the last four, he has been extensively involved in the collision and restoration industry working with owners on developing higher performing teams. John's passion is helping others uncover their untapped potential and in his downtime, enjoys fishing, painting, and mountain biking.
